Jessica Brock - Parts Manager

Jessica Brock joined Berg Performance in January 2022 as parts manager, but she came to the role with a proven track record. So much so, in fact, that Aaron has actively recruited Jessica to come work with him at every step along his own career.

The two go way back to 2005 at McDonald Automotive when she served as parts person in his shop. They worked together again when, in 2010, he poached her to come work at 3zero3 Motorsports. She spent nine years there as parts manager. Meanwhile, Aaron was establishing Berg Performance and what would eventually become Jessica’s home.

Like many on the team, Jessica grew up in a car family, one that revolved around racing, buying, fixing and selling anything car related. Jessica considered herself a “parts person” as early as age 11 when her family hangs took place in the garage, and she would ride her bike to the auto parts store to get parts and tools for the cars they were working on. They also spent quality time together lapping the racetrack. Her brother and uncles all had race cars, and she even raced for a couple years.

The smell of smoking rubber began to permeate Jessica’s professional life long before she set foot at Berg. Her first steps into the industry came at Colorado National Speedway, where weekends meant selling race fuel and tires to drivers chasing their next lap. That early exposure to the gritty, fast-paced world of motorsports only deepened her passion for all things automotive. From there, she moved into deliveries for a local auto parts store, navigating backroads and city streets to keep shops stocked and running smoothly.

It was during this time that a job posting for tire sales at McDonald Automotive caught her eye. Jessica applied, interviewed, and was hired on the spot, a testament to her energy and knowledge even then. What started as a tire sales role quickly expanded. Management realized that Jessica’s talents were being wasted on just tires, so she was moved into the Audi parts department, where she thrived. The experience sharpened her ability to source, organize, and manage inventory for a brand known for its precision engineering, and it marked the beginning of her long and trusted professional partnership with Aaron.

Fast forward to today, and Jessica is at the heart of Berg Performance’s operation. Behind every single part that comes through the door, she’s the one doing the one researching fitment, comparing pricing, confirming availability, placing the orders, verifying the shipments when they arrive, and stocking the shop so the techs can stay focused on the cars. Her role is equal parts detective work and logistics management, and she’s mastered both.

But ask Jessica what her favorite part of the job is, and she’ll tell you it’s no part at all. What matters most is the people she works alongside. The team environment at Berg, where colleagues feel more like family, and where the customer always comes first. For her, being part of a shop that shows true commitment to trustworthy, transparent work is more rewarding than any single order she processes.

Jessica drives a 2017 VW Jetta but has been catching herself fantasizing about a Porsche Macan that the guys build up for her one day. For that and so many other reasons, she’s unquestionably in the right place.
