Wearing all the hats (and probably organizing them by color), Karly, Berg Performance’s administrative coordinator, keeps the gears turning smoothly behind the scenes. She’s the go-to for anything and everything that pops up, making sure the team stays on track and customers stay happy. With a knack for order and a background in hospitality management, she’s a master of multitasking, whether it’s scheduling, problem-solving, or making the paperwork neat and tidy.

Though new to the automotive world officially, Karly’s love for old trucks, bikes, or anything that gets her out into the mountains runs deep. She's learning the lingo fast, thanks to Berg’s crew of techs who are as generous with their knowledge as they are with their wrenching.

When she’s not wrangling logistics at the shop, you’ll find Karly soaking up the outdoors, flowing through a yoga class, or behind the bar shaking up a seriously tasty cocktail (she hasn’t lost her hospitality touch). Whether it’s a meticulously organized calendar or holding a steady yoga pose, she’s all about balance and bringing good energy to everything she does.
